Seasonal campaigns need accurate dates, readable offers and respectful visual choices. A reusable brief reduces last-minute corrections across posters and short videos.

A practical sequence

  1. Confirm the occasion, campaign dates and approved offer with the business. Keep an authoritative written version of prices and conditions.
  2. Choose one audience, language mix and visual direction. Use references to describe colour and composition without asking for a copy of another creator’s work.
  3. Generate or assemble supporting visuals, then add exact offer text in the design editor. Check Indian-language fonts and numerals carefully.
  4. Produce the required formats and review each separately. A poster resized into a story can lose the conditions or crop the main subject.

An example to adapt

Campaign brief: audience / occasion / verified dates / exact offer / required languages / assets owned / formats / reviewer.

Try this on a short sample before producing the full campaign. Keep the original asset and an editable working copy, then review the exported result on the device your audience will use. For an Indian audience, check language, names, numerals and the meaning of any offer with someone who understands the intended context.

What to check before you finish

Generated text inside an image can be misspelled. Add critical wording as editable text and have a fluent reader check it.

Watch or read the final result as a new viewer. Check whether the overall impression is honest, whether the main information is readable and whether you hold the necessary rights. A tool completing a task is not the same as the finished piece being ready to publish.
